About the Event
There are few greater accelerants to your career than the ability to communicate well. During this session, we will discuss why this is so critical, how to improve your listening skills, and how best to identify the communication needs of others in order to increase teamwork and engagement. We will also discuss how to plan for your success by defining how to set goals and put those goals into action. During this session, we will: • Define effective and reflective listening skills • Discuss personality traits that dictate our own communication styles • Describe how to most effectively communicate with others • Explain how to take these sills to the next level by goal setting and action planning.
